This is one of my favorite photo’s of Albert Einstein. There are so many fantastic images of him but this one takes the cake. He seems real to me in this picture, who isn’t sincere with fuzzy slippers on?
Check out the feet! No socks. He saw no use of shoes AND socks so no matter where he was, he pulled a Miami Vice move and never wore them. He also thought they were useless since eventually they got holes in them. So State Dinner or at home he refused to wear them. Knowing this has always made me check every full body picture for socks. While I have never found them he did have rather nice ankles.
